Mr. Eric R. Walker is the founder and CEO of CNR Restorations Group, LLC. He is a proud graduate of South Carolina State University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and holds a Master’s of Science in Management from Southern Wesleyan University in Central, SC.
Mr. Walker has held engineering and senior management positions with several industry leaders in the manufacturing space, such as John Deere, Hoshizaki America, and American Yard Products. He also had a brief stint in the financial market with T. Rowe Price in Owings Mills, MD. At CNR, he has successfully directed strategic planning, business development, resources, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction, bringing more than 25 years of experience in operations, project management, startups, process improvements, and implementation in manufacturing and facilities environments.
Mr. Walker’s previous experiences allow CNR to excel in operations management and process improvements by utilizing lean manufacturing principles. Under his leadership, CNR has secured multiple contracts with the Department of the Army through subcontracting opportunities with Balfour Beatty in facility maintenance, a Military Housing Privatization Contractor at Fort Gordon in Augusta, GA. The company has also secured prime contracts in the facility arena with the Georgia Department of Transportation, University of Georgia, Georgia Secretary of State, Georgia Department of Public Safety, Georgia Emergency Management Agency, and others.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, CNR was awarded and managed auxiliary cleaning around the University of Georgia campus, maintaining 10 locations and handling trash retrieval and disposal throughout the campus and dorms on multiple shifts, seven days per week.
